"Great hotel and great staffs"

"Very nice hotel but rooms are a little outdated compared to other grand hyatts. We were expecting more modern and luxurious. Staff wasnt friendly NEVER. Reception or buffet staff not friendly at all. "

"The sidewalk was torn up replacing water pipes near both entrances and the extremely rude moped drivers think they have right-of-way on the sidewalks over pedestrians. The property interior was very nice but many of the facilities (bar, lounge bar, etc.) were closed for renovation. Rooms and service were very good to excellent. "

"This is a total disaster. No reception for check in. Hotels.com confirmed the booking but Eversunshine Residence wasn't aware of the booking at all. Obviously there was a huge communications gap. After hours waiting in late night, Eversunshine Residence confirmed no partnership/relation with Hotels.com and kicked me out at 10:30pm. All payment was made to Hotels.com ahead of time but till now no one reached back to me to handle this."

"Voor weinig geld overnacht in deze metropool. De verwachtingen waren dan ook niet hoog. Het hotel heeft duidelijk betere tijden gekend. Personeel spreekt nauwelijks Engels. In de directe omgeving genoeg eetgelegenheden want het hotel heeft die mogelijkheid niet (ook geen ontbijt). Afdichting van de ramen was slecht waardoor kou en geluid vrij naar binnen konden. Ik had de pech van een kamer aan de achterkant. Boven het distributiecentrum van de post waar al vroeg in de ochtend met het nodige...

"During booking, the picture shows the room have balcony, dining table and chairs, clean environment but it turned out to be the opposite. No balcony, no dining table and chairs and very old sofa. There wasn't even hand soap in the toilet."
