"The Hoxton is an excellent value and very comfortable stay. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. Very welcoming place to be. Walkable to tram station, Dean village, old town, and new town. The pillows and bed were so comfortable…. I would definitely stay here again!!"

"Fantastic location walkable to all the major sites. Staff is amazing as is everybody in Scotland. Room had a king size bed and fantastic bedding, but the room was a bit small. We stayed on the ninth floor one below the top and could hear when people flushed the toilet above us with the water running through the pipes. So I would request a room on the top floor. Eat their restaurant, and that two was phenomenal and reasonably priced."

"The location is convenient to the Royal mile and princes street. Across the road isa park. We walked to stockbridge and dean village as well. "

"Excellent location close to everything, including plenty of cafes, restaurants and small shops. Quiet room, with a couple of small glitches. I found the pillows too hard, and this would be a tough bathroom for two people to share. There wasn’t anywhere to hang a hand towel and not enough shelf space for two. But I’d go back. "

"We loved this property, rooms were spacious, clean and very nice. The gym, pool, spa and sauna were fantastic. The breakfast food was plentiful and very good. We loved the bar as well. It was a 10 out of 10 stay. "
