It was not much of a hassle to get into the old town where all the action is as as well as the Airport. Otherwise a pretty normal hotel. Best part, it was half the price as downtown or old city places.

We loved our stay at this hotel. They stored our luggage until it was time to check into our room, so we could go explore the city. It was close to the bus stop into the city with easy access from the airport and to the city locations. The restaurant was nice and convenient. We would highly recommend this location!!

The room was clean and the food and staff were great. The only complaint was the bathroom. For an executive room, the bathroom was small and cramped, the sink didn’t drain well and the door looked like it just had the bottom sawn off it! The bed was fine, it was hard but I don’t mind a firm bed, the pillows were hard and uncomfortable so woke up with a sore neck! Great location for the Zoo and other local amenities.

The restaurant on site was very good. Food was delicious. Not happy with room. one of the beds comforters was stained. It was reported to desk on check out. the other bed that was used with cover ended up with bed bug bites. Not very happy with stay we were only there one night.

Really enjoyed our stay here! The staff were super friendly and welcoming. Loved the overall atmosphere downstairs. Of course, all of the Spaniards watching their team win the World Cup final set it to a whole other level! The pool was really nice.
