Our room was nicely decorated and we loved the big window that looked out on the trees. The staff was always responsive and helpful, especially helping us get suitcases upstairs.
Having a wonderful restaurant downstairs was a real plus after a long day of sightseeing. We would definitely stay here again.

The location is great and the room was clean. I'm not sure what amenities there are; coffee and tea in the room maybe?
There really is no staff. If you have a problem you can reach someone via the phone in the lobby but that only works on the time. This is a digital check in and operation.
