Very nice stay reasonable price,clean and reasonable price.No locks to the bedroom. Struggle with the parking, you have to wake early to move your car before get fined

Please stay away from this property and the "host"

Where do I start?- beds are advertised as king - they are in fact queen size which made our sleeping arrangements uncomfortable - mattresses are cheap Ikea spring mattresses . You'd be better off sleeping on the floor- kitchen lacked cutlery . What is available wasn't properly cleaned. Glasses had stained marks on them- wet towels and second .set of bedding was hanging out to dry in living room and still inside the washer upon arrival!! We had to fold it- shower in. Master broke first night.i communicated it but it wasn't addressed so all of us where forced to use one bathroom - blinds are broken so forget about morning sleep( communicated again)- since towels were not bleached our daughter had allergic reaction which forced us to but set of towels. Host accused us of theft of towels!!!- outside of property is constantly poorly maintained. No one cares. We brought up issues with elevator to management of the building. Week went by without any results...To sum it up: stay away!!! Plenty of good apartments to rent in London with great customer service.. this isn't one of them
