What a fantastic place! The staff goes out of their way to help you, the lounge area is amazing, and we enjoyed a Japanese high tea at the restaurant on the first floor. 5 out of 5 every one of the 9 days we were there!

Hotel The Celestine Tokyo Shiba was excellent. The staff were super friendly and helpful and everything was clean and lovely. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the cafe also very good. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.

This was a great value and turned out to be an excellent location. Close to local eateries, port, parks, history and shopping. Hotel was lovely and rooms were tidy w/huge, comfy beds. The high tea was cool to observe. This is an excellent spot to enjoy yourself. A few things starting to age but nothing worth noting. They had a great selection of Japanese gins. Thanks

The room was much smaller than expected, but still nice. The cleaning staff was amazing. The front desk staff were very helpful. The 75 min massage at the spa was relaxing. It’s very nice that they have a snack/drink time in the evening.

Our room at this hotel was beautiful and full of amenities. My only disappointment, and it was a big one, was that there wasn’t a concierge. We planned to ask the concierge for restaurant suggestions and help with some activities. This was our first stop in Japan and while the front seat tried to help they had no idea of what restaurants to recommend. At the cost for this hotel, they fell short on this.
