My room and the property were clean and well maintained. They were very accomodating in providing complimentary beach chairs, cooler, beach wagon, bicycles! I would definitely stay there again!!"

"I was born in Sarasota, and this particular location I am very fond of because it's so close to the Van Weizel center and beautiful Sarasota Bay. Staff were great! It happened to be prom week when we were there and also some youngsters from a soccer tournament but everybody was extremely well mannered and appeared to be having a great time, and a great staff seems to make that happen. The pool was very active and the hot tub was very nice as well. My only serious issue was parking previously they allowed the parking garage on a non-valet option. Now the parking garage is valet only and your only option is off-site parking. So if you don't want to pay $45 per day plus tipping, you have to park off-site and leave your vehicle at risk."
