Beautiful location and view

The condo has a fantastic view of the beach with the large windows in the living room. Furniture is all in great condition and the bed is very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much and appreciated the good communication. Thanks!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in this until last summer. Truly enjoyed the location and our stay. It was worth rebooking this year. However, we were disappointed to find the same broken recliner and uncomfortable couch (expected it would’ve been updated). We would like to stay again but with no comfortable place to sit will have to rethink it.

Fantastic view, great location. Beach was wonderful, shopping and restaurants nearby. Small but nice private deck. Couches and chairs were comfy. Beds were too hard, sheets were scratchy, pillows flat (we bought pillows and cases). You could not lower the thermostat below 74, so it was doubly hard to sleep. Worst of all, there was an uninsulated connecting door to the next unit. We heard everything they said and watched (including karaoke until midnight). We also smelled their cooking.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were looking for a place with easy access to the beach and this had it. The unit was a little dated, but clean. We were more interested in the access to the beach than an upscale place to sleep, which is really the only thing we used the unit for. We do wish the balcony were larger and on the side that faces the beach, but it is not a deal breaker that would keep us from renting it again (although another unit with a beach-facing balcony would be chosen over this). The beach was clean and quiet and not crowded like the touristy section north in Anna Maria. This was tranquil.

The property was pretty much as described. There were 4 of us in the unit. There is a guest bathroom on the first level that we used. We used the stove, microwave, laundry, and dishwasher. They all worked great. It would be nice to have some upgraded pots and pans. The furniture is a big dated, but was in good shape. The deck is on the side of the building, not directly facing the beach. It would have been nice for the deck to be on the beach side of the unit. Overall, it’s a nice corner unit in a great location.

Basically ruined our vacation.

Great Florida get-away

Great Time

The room was great and also the view. Very close to the beach and it was not crowded on the beach. It was a great and time, I have already referred the place to a friend and we plan to be back again.
