"The location and size is awesome! It's a bit dated but the beds were comfortable enough. There were no beach towels so make sure you bring some. The biggest disappointment was that there were no paper towels or dish towels in the kitchen. Easy walk to St. Armand's or to the beach. "

"The owner greeted us was very pleasant and helpful with surrounding places to go and see. The room was well kept. Bathroom remodeled new very nice. Only problem not enough outlets in the room. Didn't have any problems with bugs. Neighbors were respectful. Nice pool area but small. Great place to stay for cheap in Venice on the main drag just miles from the beach. I would stay there again."
