"This is our fifth year in a row at Beachside Villas! It is the perfect location! A quarter of a mile from the beach and a quarter of a mile from the Village! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! We love this place!"

"This place is a real GEM. The beach is just minutes away. This was our favorite part of our stay. Our teenaged boys put this vacation at the top of their list! Our trip was calm, tranquil, and relaxing. Alex and Rachel were excellent hosts and made our first VRBO stay a wonderful experience. We would hope we can stay here again. "

"We had a wonderful time last week and a Luxury 1 bedroom suite to die for . Staff was amazing and would definitely stay again. Beach chairs great and your literally a few block walk to the beach . Beach just absolutely beautiful and sunset 🌅 was a must . All restaurants and shops walking distance. As much as we enjoyed our suite I will stay in blue building next time , 180’s room numbers, and pool close by . That area was very nice 👍. Thank you Tropical Breeze will be seeing again 👍"

"What a great stay on Siesta key. Right down the street from stores and restaurants. Resort is so convenient to the beach and has great amenities like beach chairs, cooler and access to beach wagon. The only thing they don’t have is a beach umbrella so bring one or be prepared to purchase one at one of the beach stores cause there is no place to rent one. Staff was so pleasant and helpful. Will definitely be back. "

"In general it was a good apartment almost deserving 4 stars. However, there are a couple of quite important negative moments. First, they lied in the description about washer machine, they do not have any. Second, unlike other providers they do not allow to move in even 30 minutes earlier and made us wait for this time under Florida sun despite the room was ready. Third, they locked their dumpsters and people just throw their garbage over the locked gates, so rats will be there in no time unless they solve this issue. And the last is internet access, we had to insist on moving to another apartment because they did not have internet in the first one. For the rest everything was fine: very close beach access, very quiet neighborhood, polite staff. I'd be glad to come there again, if the problems listed above are fixed."

"Very nice condo with entire kitchen. The pool was very nice and clean. The property is also very close to the beach which was nice. "

"We liked everything. The hotel was great — everything inside was new and there were all the essentials we needed. The linens were clean, and we were given plenty of towels. Housekeeping was available upon request, but we didn’t end up using it. There was a small table nearby, and the shared area had electric grills. Everything was decorated with string lights — it looked very beautiful. It’s close to the beach and not far from everything. There are also free shuttle buses to downtown Sarasota. What I didn’t like was that the pool was shared with several other hotels. There were only two umbrellas for shade, not much greenery, and it was exposed to the scorching sun. There were a lot of children, so it wasn’t really possible to swim or relax."
