Nice house, convenient and erwin was great

I stayed here with my mom and brother while my daughter was at IMG camp. Location was great for IMG, also close to the beach and plenty of food options nearby. The house was as advertised. Clean, nice furniture, everything we needed was there, everything worked well. Check in and check out was easy. The erwin was easy to communicate with but we really didnt need to contact him much as everything worked and the stay was great.

Lovely condo and complex

Condo was comfortable and had all the amenities needed for a week long stay including laundry and a nice pool close by. There was a very pleasant view out the back porch to a pond with lots of birds and turtles wadding around--lovely to sit with a coffee in the morning and watch the wildlife. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Perfect for our needs

I went to florida to help out my sister after surgery. This place was perfect for us. Convenient to the hospital, shopping and restaurants. The rental was a great size and amazingly quiet. We even got to see some cool birds out in the pond.

Fantastic stay and great area!

This was an awesome experience. Ervin was super easy to work with and checked in on us. The condo is beautiful, and we loved how modern and clean it is. The pools, tennis courts, amenities are top notch. The clubhouse attendant even helped us with directions. I'd highly recommend this condo to anyone, and we'll definitely stay with Ervin again.

I’ve stayed at Ervs condo 3 times and loved it. Very clean. Lots of room. Close to beach and restaurants. TV in bedrms annd living area. Condo has great anppliances. We are pool people and both pools are always clean and inviting. Erv is a great host and willing to help with any problems.

My wife and I stayed here while visiting the Bradenton/Sarasota area. This unit was immaculate, well-furnished, very comfortable, and met all our needs during our stay. The Shorewalk property has some very nice amenities with two different pools, tennis courts, and a clubhouse. The location was very convenient for our exploration of several different beaches, and the beaches are truly some of the best in the United States. We would certainly stay here again when visiting the area. Recommend trying the Sandbar Restaurant on Anna Maria Island, and the Anna Maria Oyster Bar in Bradenton.

The picture is deceiving. The beach is 30 minutes away and the “ lake “ advertised as “ lake front “ was a dried up mud pit. However, the property was clean.

Stay was Perfect

This was the perfect location to relax while shuffling back and forth to IMG Academy for an 3 day event. Less than a mile from the fields and within walking distance to restaurants and a grocery/liquor store, it was ideal for our family. The condo was exactly as described, very clean and completely stocked. The amentities at the condo included pools, jacuzzi’s, basketball courts, tennis courts and more were well maintained and a quick walk. Balls and rackets can be borrowed from the facility. We would certainly stay here again.

Terrific property

We were in Bradenton while our daughter competed in the National DII track and field meet held at the IMG academy. This property is within minutes of that location. The property was just as the pictures depicted. Very clean, very comfortable and very quiet. We didn't have a chance to use the pools, we did see them and they were nice. Ervin helped me thru my first "Home Away" experience, I several questions and he was very prompt in his replies. It was also very easy to get the the beaches from this location. We would definitely stay there again if we were in the area. We ate at Carrbara's Italian restaurant twice. It was very tasty.
