"This was my favorite vacation and vacation spot ever! First, the front desk person was extremely nice. She showed me a map of the grounds, where the beach was, and some suggestions for places to eat and things to do. This was greatly appreciated as it was my first time in the Siesta area. The room was incredibly clean and even came with 4 beach towels that we could exchange for new towels at any time. We were a leisurely 3 minute walk from the beach. That was super great. The location itself has laundry on premesis, as well as TWO separate pools. One is a more updated fancy looking pool with waterfalls and many places to sit or lay out. The other, older, pool is a basic rectangle but goes to about 8 ft deep. We took advantage of both of these pools and they were both great and a comfortable temperature. Within walking distance was about 10-15 restaurants, a few ice cream places, a donut place, a convenience store, and a bus stop for the free trolly/bus that goes up to Siesta Beach and to downtown Sarasota. It runs every 15 mins or so. I cannot thank this property, its friendly staff, and its great cleaning folks enough. Thank you so much for a great vacation. "

"I loved everything about this cottage! The decor and finishes are absolutely top-notch, the bed was super comfortable, and there was enough space to chill via the couch or the table and chairs. The owners were wonderful to work with as well. Very close to the beach (legitimately across the street), and we even walked to the village a few times even though there are PLENTY of low/no cost transportation options. I will definitely be back to the area and stay at any of the owner's properties if they have availability! "

"What a wonderful property! Check in and check out were a breeze. A special touch of personalized cupcakes were waiting for us in the fridge. The house was clean and had everything we could have wanted, including pool floats, beach chairs, and umbrellas. For us the location and the pool were highlights of our stay here. The shaded wading area in the pool was perfect for lounging while our daughter played in the pool. The BBQ and TV in the pool area was perfect for nights we didn't feel like going out to a restaurant. Beach is a quick walk from the house and there are tons of restaurants in the neighborhood as well. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!"

"Perfect for us. Easy walk to the village and beach. Beach chairs, umbrellas, carts, cooler, beach towels and bikes. We loved our stay and would 100% book again. Just a few things: stove stopped working first night there. Maintenance responded quickly and just needed to reset (breaker hidden behind a picture). Hall bath faucet dripped. Maintenance was going to have to shut off all water to fix for a few hours. We opted to live with it. Microwave handle was broken but useable. They were going to fix. No spices at all. First VRBO that I’ve stayed in that didn’t have anything. Not a big deal but hadn’t planned on buying everything. Dishwasher was hit or miss with cleaning. Not sure why. Publix isn’t far if you have a car. Market close by if little things needed. Only had two silicone hot pads. Had a blender and crock pot. Plenty of trays, dishes etc. only one piece of Tupperware for leftovers. Beach access super close. However, the three closest to the house all had standing water. Some of it was deep. My mother in law had a hard time navigating access 8 but didn’t have issues with the rest. #5 was awesome and we discovered it the third day. Only a 5 minute walk. Lots of mosquitoes. Bring spray. All of these are minor issues. I’m just pointing it out just in case you have questions or it might be helpful. We loved this place. We loved the location. We loved all of the amenities. We also loved how helpful they were when we called."
