"Checked in on a last minute mess up at a different hotel. The staff especially Asheley R. were so kind and helpful after going thru an ordeal at the hotel we had reserved . Will definitely be choosing Best Western when we travel again. The room was nice and roomy even with 2 Queen beds. Enjoyed all the little extra's especially the warm chocolate chip cookies when you have been stressed out. :)"
