"Staff were very pleasant and polite and very helpful. Breakfast was absolutely outstanding and loads to choose from cooked breakfast to cereal to fresh fruit and bread. Room was excellent and beds were very comfortable had a very good sleep. Only issue was the dust in the corridor on level 2 from the work being carried out got on you chest. Very pleasant stay and would totally recommend this hotel and we will be staying again."

"The location of this Hotel is excellent situated between Big Ben across the Thames next to the London Eye.. The room was clean, with a typical old English shower, slightly bigger than a phone booth. I thought the "suite" was designed poorly with the bathroom situated between the king bed on one side with a "roll out sofa bed" on the other, which was quite uncomfortable for my 71 year old body on the other side. I was traveling with a friend so the configuration isn't workable. When I made the booking I requested a room with twin beds. We asked to be moved to just a twin bed but was told we were ungraded to a suite; our request was denied and was told they would split the king bed by about 6 inches. If you want personal privacy this hotel is not for you. If you are traveling with a small family it provides privacy you would like. As a single traveler usually with friends and not a significant other this hotel is not for you. A thumbs up on the breakfast buffet and kitchen staff and an ice machine on every floor,"
