Nightmare Rental
Prior to our arrival I was in communication with the property manager. He was aware of the time our arrival. Once we arrived we noticed the property was filthy , it was uninhabitable. The doors, windows, and sliding doors all had hand prints & dirt everywhere. The floor downstairs, staircase, bedrooms, and bathrooms had not been cleaned or moped. The laundry room was in chaos with piles of dirty towels & blankets. It was uninhabitable. Do not book with them as they will ruin your stay and it will be a health hazard due to filthy conditions.

Christine, we're very sorry you felt that way. We understood that we didnt fulfill your expectations and we offered you a solution, we even reimbursted you a night of your reservation as an apology of the inconvinience. You were the one who decided not to stay, but the house was available and cleaned again 2 hours after your arrival.
