Just a tad difficult to find but very close to Main Street, gion district is only 10-15 min walk . Judy (owner/manager) was incredibly helpful and tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Loved our stay in general... shard bathrooms and toilet which we were pre advised. Only if they provide pjs like many other Japanese hotels or guesthouses . Overall, enjoyed staying there and will do the same if we visit Kyoto again.

Very friendly host, room is big enough for couple, common area is small, but no big deal, Location was good. Host provide a lot of snack and allow us to leave luggage in the lounge. very reasonable price we had nice sleep for overnight stay.

Traditional period home in Kyoto
We have a gorgeous stay & were welcomed very warmly by Judy. She gave us great suggestions on things to do in Kyoto as well as bus & train routes to get there. Location is fantastic, right in the middle of the city & we walked from the Kyoto Station which was an easy 20/25minutes past an beautiful temple. Convenient to Gion & all the riverside bars & restaurants. The room is traditional Japanese style with comfortable futons on tatami mats. It was a great place to stay.

京都の民泊　まったり最高
とても清潔に保たれていました。宿泊者が殆ど居ない状況もあり、気を遣うこともなく、快適に過ごしました。朝食も、フリースタイルで、飲み物もセルフで、沢山飲んでしまいました。

宿全体の雰囲気や設備の内容に関し知識不足で予想よりかなり違った感じでした。設備は清潔に管理されており悪い感じはしませんでした。部屋も極端に狭くテレビもなくただ寝るだけ。ほぼ外国の方の利用で感想がメモで掲示されており、その方たちの評判はおおむね良好でした。私は次の利用はないでしょう。

2019/11/22〜24 2泊でお世話になりました はじめてのゲストハウスで、少し不安もありましたが、管理人さんがショートメールでサポートしてくださり安心して、チェックイン出来ました お部屋もお風呂、トイレもとても清潔でした 台所には、おやつがあり嬉しかったです！ ただ、お隣のお部屋の声がよく聞こえました ゲストハウスなので仕方ないと思います そこだけです あとは、全てよかったです また、泊まりたいです

单身女性也可以安心入住的绝佳住宿地
简简单单，舒适整洁。是一家小巧且一应俱全的民宿。非常喜欢我的那间和室，榻榻米有淡淡的香味，房间的名字也很好听"紅葉"。民宿位置处于京都市区的商业繁华地段，出门无论去哪里和怎么去都很方便。民宿主人Judy非常友善和热心，给了我一些很好的建议，和她的聊天也非常的开心。明年有机会一定再去。

130여년 된 가옥이 무척이나 이뻤습니다. 내부도 굉장히 깨끗하고 직원 분들도 친절하셨습니다. 공용 화장실과 샤워장이지만 타 숙박객들과 마주칠 일도 없고 전혀 불편함 없이 이용했습니다. 주변 관광지와도 무척 가까워서 니시키시장, 카모강 청수사, 기온거리 다 걸어 갈 수 있습니다. 다음에 교토를 다시 간다면 꼭 한 번 더 숙박하고 싶습니다.

人情味滿滿
老闆很用心經營，零食泡麵吃不完，還有牛奶加咖啡。洗澡還附洗髮精，日式客房古早味，一百三十年歷史，設備裝潢都翻新，下次還要再來住，讚！

메인거리랑 가까워서 위치 좋았구요 깔끔했어요 방음은 잘 안되는게 불편했어요 다른 사람들이랑 화장실이나 샤워실을 쉐어해야하니까 조심스러운 부분이 있었던것 같습니다ㅠㅠ

Nice experience in Kyoto in an 130 yrs house
The house is nice, and Judy kept it exactly clean. It is a pity that we did not see her, but she left notes on my room's door and another on my luggage stored there which was very warm. The house is cozy and you can have a nice experience if you want understand local house. Judy arranged a Chinese girl on that day, whom also provided us lots of information proactively. They also prepared very nice treats in the room. Although it is shared toilet and shower, but they have two for 4 rooms, so it was not crowed. The only thing is location maybe not very near with bus stops or subway station, if you have luggage with you.

Ein traditionelles altes Haus mit Japanischer Einrichtung und japanischen Betten. Die Gastgeberin hat sich Zeit für einen genommen und sogar Sightseeing-Spots mit uns besprochen. Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft. So in dieser Art Einzigartig. Einfach nur zu empfehlen!!

優質的日式小旅館，交通便利，安靜乾淨的優質旅宿~~~
體驗在地居住環境氣氛 ~可和其他旅客交流 樓下小吧台備有果汁和水還有些小點心.泡麵當宵夜或早餐！！ 總共就四個房間兩間浴室（都在樓下）兩間廁所（樓上樓下各一間）都非常乾淨 房東也很熱情～儘管我的英文不是很好 房東也很耐心得跟我溝通！！ 住宿地點非常棒 走出去外面就是四條河源町 跟錦市場 而且退房還能寄放行李 真的很方便 下次還會想再來住的一間小旅館～～很棒

2泊させて頂きましたがとても満足でした！ 施設は綺麗ですし何より和室だったのがとても良かったです！せっかく京都に泊まるのでしたら普通の綺麗なホテルよりオススメできると思います！ 荷物もチェックインよりも前に受け取っていただけて1日目の行動がすごく楽で助かりました！ 海外の方の宿泊が多いようですがなんの心配もありません！満喫するのにもってこいのゲストハウスです！オーナーさんもとてもいい方で安心しました！ 迷ってる方是非一度泊まってみてくださいね！

130년된 주택, 다다미방을 체험해 볼 수 있었단 점에서 정말 일본을 느끼고 온 듯한 좋은경험이었습니다. 아무래도 오래된 집이기 때문에 방음이 생각보다 더 안된다는 단점이 있지만 여행을 하다보면 숙소에 있는 경우는 별로 없기 때문에 저에게는 전혀 문제가 되지 않았습니다. 또한 화장실과 샤워실이 2개씩 있어서 다른 게스트들과 부딪히는 일도 없이 편하게 지내다 올 수 있었습니다. 서비스와 청결 또한 무척 좋았습니다

非常棒的日本傳統房屋體驗！房間每天都會整理，很乾淨！一樓有一些食物可以吃。Judy 和 Jay 人都很好！倍感溫馨！非常喜歡這次的住宿，如果有到京都，一定會再入住！謝謝你們！ 唯一缺點就是隔音不好，但他們有提供耳塞。

숙소 사장님이 친절하시고 직접 오셔서 저희를 맞아주셨습니다. 방은 2층이었는데 계단이 가팔랐습니다. 이불이 따뜻하고 두껍고 엄청 무거웠어요!! 난방도 따뜻하게 되서 춥지 않습니다. 그리고 숙소직원분도 친절하세요! 물이 없길래 물어봤더니 사와야한다고 하셔서 괜찮다고 했는데 원래 주는것이라 하시길래..감사했습니당!!! 다음에도 또 가고 싶어요

オーナーさんもスタッフさんも、とても親切ですしお部屋の数も少ないので清潔感があり静かでとても良いお宿でした。和室なのでゆっくりくつろげます。パンやバナナやおやつや飲み物等、小腹が空いた時に食べられるようにキッチンにフリーに置いてある心遣いも本当に良かったです。また泊まりたいと思いました。
