Great hotel in Kyoto with a very convenient location, just a short walk from the train station. It was within walking distance of Gion Street, other famous sightsand the main city streets, making it easy to explore Kyoto on foot. The rooms were excellent and the amenities were very good, making the stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The room was Nice room and clean, hotel was great and at a nice price. The area is quiet but central. The staff was amazing, service is 10/10!!The breakfast could be better!

This hotel was great. Really good breakfast buffet included. Clean, great staff. Room bigger than a lot of the hotels in Japan that we stayed in. We had no idea what to expect so it was a pleasant surprise how nice it was. We will seek out the Hearton Hotel chain when we visit other cities in Japan. Convenient location just steps from subway station that gives easy access to whole city.

Staff was helpful. Room was big for Japan standards and comfortable. Able to leave luggage in their lobby area before check in and after checkout. Excellent location can walk to many restaurants and subway station just a block away. Nice hotel and great value.
