The rooms were small but clean and the large TV was nice. I liked that both the bathroom sink and shower had separate faucets. I appreciated the large downstairs dining lounge area with free drinking water.

Was only here for 1 night, but the room wasn't clean at all. There were thick layers of dust in places and a giant stain on the wall. The front desk staff were nice though.

Stayed here for 4 nights to visit the Kyoto sights. It was easily accessible by public transportation and close to many stores and restaurants. The property was very clean and the staff were so helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again and I’d recommend it highly to anyone in the area.

The hotel is perfectly situated in Kyoto. There are a lot of restaurants and stores within walking distance of the property. I love the communal dining space. A huge thank you to Fazira and Masayo in reception. They provided helpful information that made my stay a fantastic experience. Arigato gozaimasu!

The room we stayed was outdated. The smell (moisture/ damp odor) was strong that we had to blast AC from time to time. Not sure if it's because the Bathroom Vent was broken or weak. Bed was ok, but pillows were very uncomfortable. There were only 3 Wash/Dry so imagine the hassle when you plan to wash your clothes. I had to wake up 7am to wash and yet, people are already waiting. Close to subeay which was good, some restaurants in the area around 11am opening till late night, losts of convenience stores as well. If you plan to just sleep and go, the hotel is okay. More spacious than most we've been.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended! Room is a bit small but it’s not a deal breaker. It’s located at a very convenient location where you can access to different public transportation at ease. Convenient stores, supermarket, different kind of restaurants are nearby. Will definitely come back next time when visiting Kyoto.
