Hotel is hard to find if you arrive by train, even though it is in the station building. Not enough direction signs in the station. Elevator buttons for "Front" and for the mezzanine passageway to JR lines are dark, and they are set way down low so you can't read them. When elevator is crowded, it's impossible to bend over or squat down so that you can see which button is which. Plus which the labels are written in teeny tiny print!
On the M3 level, there's a sign next to the south elevator saying to use this elevator to get to the "front". However, there's no indication of whether to go up or to go down. There's actually an arrow that points in BOTH directions! How is a person supposed to know which way to go???!!!! I decided to try UP, but of course I actually needed to go DOWN! It was so frustrating after I had just been traveling for 24 hours continuously.
