Excellent proximity to the beach, restaurants and other useful locations. The fantastic and knowledgeable staff were life savers on more than one occasion. Would recommend.

I had corner unit so I overlooked at Bay great firework show on Friday night from Balcony loud cruisers in evening with blaring music heard all the way up to 16th floor not in properties control, Shopping Ala Moana mall almost attached convenient bridge to walk across with out have to cross streets

This was in a good location that was easily walkable but also had good driving access. We liked that there was 24hr security and parking included. I wish the listing was clear on what floor you're on because we had zero view from the balcony. Also, the sofa-bed mattress was about 2" thick and you could feel every spring. Besides the sofa-bed though, everything felt well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and gadgets but it would have been nice to have other non perishable consumables left behind as we've had in the past with other rental properties (e.g. coffee filters, tinfoil, etc.).

What an amazing treasure this place is. We came here for my wife’s 50th birthday and our anniversary; to sum it shortly, it was such a great beautiful experience. The staff are so wonderful and we will truly miss being here. The bar has been set to a completely new level with this hotel. Thank you again for all the great memories Royal Hawaiian! See you soon!

The pool area was very lush and inviting! The food at the outdoor bar/ restaurant was excellent and reasonably priced! Hotel was a relaxing oasis.
