"This hotel is about 4-5 mins walk to train station. Hotel is old, our room is small but clean. Breakfast is good."

"spacious room with comfortable beds and an amazing view. delicious buffet breakfast. a bit old-school hotel in that they still use physical key on a gigantic keychain but kind of quaint in a way. our stay was perfect and the only gripe was there's no kettle nor bottled water provided, only a small metal cup for heating water for tea."

"I stayed in one of the rooms with the open air bath on the balcony, and it was one of the best views I've had at onsen. The room was great! I thought the men's public bath was a little run down, but still enjoyable. My wife thought the women's was very good and didn't mention any issues. I hope they can fix it back up because it's a beautiful hotel! I would definitely go again for the same room we had!"

"I loved it from the start. Nice warm welcome with Japanese macha tea and sweet. Screen with traditional play showing on screen over the river... Very neat clean and comfortable room. Onsen was amazing! I used rental bath! I enjoyed wonderful sky and nature! Just loved everything about this place!"

"The play spot was so much fun with darts, billiards, ping pong and golf. The lake view was beautiful and the bed comfortable. It would be good to see some updates, ie. a key card rather than a huge key and a small store onsite the resort with daily necessities that the hotel does not provide. The body wash in the bathroom had a very unpleasant smell. "
