Real Japanese travel experience

If you are looking to experience how Japanese travel, sleep on tatami rooms and eat a good selection of Japanese food. Then this hotel is a good choice. Your room includes a breakfast and dinner buffetes and most people wear the colorful yukata provided by the hotel. The property is a bit out of date but the public bath is quite nice. Transportation into the city is limited and taxi is about $20 USD

東山温泉の奥にあるので会津の町からはちょっと遠い。山間の谷にあるので眺望はよくない。温泉は広くて気持ちいい。食事はビュッフェスタイル。ビール、酒類も豊富に飲める。喜多方ラーメン、こづゆ、饅頭天ぷらなどご当地料理もあり。ラーメンが妙に旨かった。馬肉はビュッフェには含まれず別途有料で注文できる。

家族7人で宿泊、1名どうしても到着が遅れる予定。しかしビュッフェは21時半に終了。 当初20時半に会津若松駅に到着、21時から30だけでも、食べさせたかってが、磐越西線が途中から通行どめ、バスの輸送になり結局、ホテルに22時ごろ到着。夕飯代は事前に支払い済。ホテルが悪い訳でもない事は理解しているが、電車の通行止めと言った事情、ホテルも山奥にあり、まわりに何もないこともあり、せめて1人分は、紙皿にでもご飯を取って、部屋で食べさせてあげたかった。自分がホテルのスタッフならそうする。相談しても、何もできない以上では、少し情がなさすぎるのでは。もう泊まることは無いからいいけど。

建物は古いですが、部屋は掃除も行き届き綺麗でした。食事は朝夕共にビュッフェスタイルで料理の種類も多く、生ビール、焼酎、日本酒などお酒が飲み放題で良かったです。料金を考えればお得だと思います。チェックインが遅いと遠い駐車場になりますが、歩ける距離だし、シャトルバスも走らせていて、全く問題ないと思います。

リーズナブルな料金でサービスは充分で満足しています！ サウナが100℃近くで、歩くのも厳しいくらい熱かったので、 バスタオルを敷いていただけるとなお良かったと思いました。 素敵な眺めの中の温泉も最高でした！ また利用させていただきます。 ありがとうございました！

部屋が浴室の真下にあり、ポンプの運転音がかなりうるさくて眠れませんでした。 2時間我慢して寝ようとしましたが、眠れなかったのでフロントに連絡したところ、「機械室の真下の部屋でうるさいが、その分お値打ち価格で提供している。予約の際も明記されている」と言われました。 予約サイトにはそんな記述は無かったことを告げると、キャンセルされた空き部屋があるので移動を提案され、了承しました。クレームからの対応は迅速だったので良かったですが、安い料金だから仕方ない的な話しは正直ガッカリしました。

WiFiは自分で持ち込んだものを使用しました。延長コードのついたコンセントが置かれていたので、メンバー全員の携帯充電の際も困りませんでした。食事はバイキング形式で、時間で入れ替え制で美味しくいただきました。チェックインした時に食事の時間帯が決まるからか、大浴場使用の時間帯もうまく分散されているようでひどく混んでいる風ではありませんでした。旅行先で移動の合間に泊まるというより、早めにチェックインして滞在を楽しむ宿泊先だと思います。

夕飯時混み過ぎ。夕飯の開始時間だけでなく営業時間も教えてほしかったです。それだと混雑時間を避けてゆっくり食事が出来たと思います。 やっぱり部屋に菓子が欲しいです。お茶のみで寂しい。
