"The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. I received a text daily from the manager inquiring how everything was and if I needed anything. Their attentiveness was great. Walking distance from Grand Central which is why we chose this location. There is a bar/restaurant which was good for breakfast. The hotel was clean and orderly. "

"This hotel was in a perfect location, huge family room beautifully clean, felt safe and secure and staff were excellent. The only issue we had was on arrival to the room, to find only one bed for 3 people and no sofa bed. Went to reception to be told it would be an additional $45 per night for a rollaway bed, after a 20 minute discussion with the hotel it was agreed they would provide this FOC as my son is 14 yrs old, it was not appropriate for him to share with myself and my friend who was travelling with us as suggested at one point by the hotel. Expedia really need to make people aware of this on there site if sofa beds are not in the room as suggested on the advert."
