"Overall the hotel was good, it just has 1 major problem… there’s a lack of elevators. It’s a big hotel with only 2, so it’s very difficult to get in and out of the property. I wouldn’t stay there again unless I was on the first floor, and definitely don’t stay there if you’re elderly and can’t take the stairs."

"I loved how convent it was to stay. Transportation to and from the hotel to terminal 5. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was cozy and clean. I enjoyed my stay and will book there again when I’m back in town. "

Get the bus back to the airport or get the A bus outside the ibis hotel outside the airport to the main town bus station and walk through the shopping Mall Thistle express is a little way along on your right. "Overall a great stay at a wonderful hotel. The service was outstanding, the room was spacious, well appointed and clean. The location is fantastic, providing plenty to do/see nearby as well as easy access to public transportation to get to other parts of London. My only complaint would be the fact the TV system has no guide, so you can't tell what your watching, how long it will be on, what's on next, etc.. Challenging particularly with kids, but considering the rest of the experience not a...
