"Overall very positive experience with the hotel. I got what I was expecting for the money I paid. Clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast, excellent location. But surprisingly there was a kind of problem during check-in. They couldn't find my reservation made through Expedia in their system.So I needed to show my reservation in the app to get checked in. Also the transfer from/to Urgench airport is not free as it was promised when booking and costs around 15 $/€ But this is a reasonable price...
