24C a little tired. Fridge and oven could do with a clean but overall not too bad. Great views and location. Beach directly across the road, easy walking distance to cafes some very nice restaurants.

The apartment is in a great spot. The block facilities are great. The apartment itself was large and light. The kitchen was great but the bathrooms were a bit old and grotty and the lounge was in need of refresh. We would definitely stay in the block again.

Outdoor Pool area was good. Location is great with GLink station right next door. We booked a 2 bedroom executive with room configuration of a Queen and 2 singles which it was not. The reception provided a roll away bed at no extra charge but given it was so hard and noone was able to sleep on it one of us had to sleep on the couch. There was little view of the sea with trees and a high rise blocking views of the sea leaving small viewing shafts either side. We were not advised at any point before arriving there would be construction of a new high rise directly in front of our balcony with a substantial level of noise from 6am when the site lifts started up until 5pm. Be careful when booking this property. The photos at the time of booking were misleading for a Two Bedroom Executive apartment. The photos show a wrap around deck with great views which our apartment did not have. The A and C apartments have wrap around decks but not the B apartment we were allocated. We paid more for a 2 bdr executive than the 2 bdr option which was a waste of money. The sink in the ensuite was partially blocked which reception advised would be fixed. The block wasn’t fixed and the ensuite started to smell.

Accomodation was great for our family, great beach access and views. Cleanliness could have been a bit better, but overall pretty good. Construction was a bit annoying but we had plenty of warning so knew that would be the case. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely stay

Great stay even though there was refurbishment going on it didn’t affect us much at all. Management were very friendly and dealt with any issues very quickly. Beautiful views and very close to restaurants and beach etc.

The unit was exactly as advertised. Clean and a great location. Unfortunately the new condo was being constructed directly in front of our view and although the work didn’t obstruct our view the crane and operator was directly at our level on the 23rd floor. Fortunately we were out and about during most of the work hours. Just needed to be a little careful from 6 am to 7:30 am before we left for the day.

Perfect views

Amazing views from every room! Standard rooms need a referb, but are clean and bright with good beds. Two pools is perfect for if the outside one is cold and the beach is literally across the road. Amazing place to stay!

The apartment complex is in a great location. It's close to the beach, the main part of Burleigh and a wide range of cafes and restaurants. The views are magnificent from every window in the apartment. The apartment is well equipped and decor is beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Apart from the noise from the tram road works, construction work and refurbishment work next door, we had an awesome stay. Overall the apartment was comfortable, spacious and cozy. Amazing beach and walking distance to centre.
