"Close to everything that we wanted to do "

"Everything was great and exceptional.. Except when checking out, on Sunday June 2nd around 11:08 am we called customer service cs we were running a little bit late and asked if it’s possible to check out at 12 instead of 11 as a complementary, a lady answered and she said anything after 20 mns will charge an extra $ 50 for each hour.. I’ve been to a lot of hotels and I didn’t expect that from a 5 stars hotel. And after spending 5 days there! We always get at least 1 hour as complementary and that’s the normal for any hotel."

"I have been staying at the Paramount for the past 15 years and have been there many times. I love the lobby atmosphere and the rooms are very well designed to make great use of tight real estate in the middle of Manhattan. The location can’t be better - literally 2 minutes walk from the center of Times Square. Very good value for money also."

"This was a great location convenient to Times Square and Port Authority. It is not very luxurious, but it's comfortable and everything I was hoping for. The bar is nice, too. "

"This hotel and staff do not disappoint! Gill is incredible! He makes you feel right at home and goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is memorable. He even recommends things to do, restaurants to visit, etc. the woman who checked us in at the front desk upon arrival has been there for over 30 years and you can tell by the level of service she gives that she loves what she does and loves who she does it for. Really incredible customer service which is sometimes hard to find these days. We will be back!"
