"This is the best Hilton I’ve stayed in. And I am a frequent traveller spending 150-200 nights per year in hotels. Service was equivalent to a 5 star hotel. From check in, to managing luggage and taxis, to restaurant reservations. All perfect. Rooms spacious and very well appointed. Amazing stay "

"We had such a wonderful experience at the hotel! The staff were incredibly professional and kind, making us feel welcomed right away. Our room was not only clean but also equipped with everything we could possibly need and more. We really enjoyed the breakfast and light meals we tried a couple of times; they were quite satisfying! The lounge in the basement was a lovely touch, offering great snacks and drinks that we appreciated. Overall, we fell in love with both the hotel and Kyoto, and we can't wait to return!"

"Second time visiting Kyoto and stayed at this Sotetsu inn in the Gojo area. Got upgraded to a more spacious room, which is quiet and comfortable. You can take buses directly to many sights in Kyoto near this hotel, and the Shijo shopping street is only a short walk from this hotel. "
