A great place to stay the night before you fly. The front desk staff and restaurant staff were exceptional, very friendly and efficient. The car storage is convenient and rates reasonable. Will definitely stay again.

I enjoy staying here. Good value for money. Comfortable. Instructions to enter the property after hours was simple and getting the keys. We use this property often when overnighting in Auckland. It also come with a kitchen and small dining table. The only thing we didn’t have was a tea towel for the room to dry dishes or counter top.

I want to thank the lovely Māori or Pacific woman who checked us in. She was absolutely amazing and very helpful. Truly hospitable and great customer service. Hotel is in a great location and the studio room truly exceeded my expectations. Bed was so comfy and modern. Shower temperature and pressure was amazing! Worth every cent. I would totally go there again. Also appreciated all staff i came across and communicated with prior and during our stay, so pleasant to deal with and so willing to go...

On arrival from the cruise dock, we expected to have to store our luggage till check in. Our room was already available, which was great. The room was spacious and well equipped. The bed was a bit too soft for my husband. This was rectified within hours of him mentioning it. The restaurant was great and staff throughout the property were courteous and helpful.
