"I've stayed a few times at the Heartland Hotel Auckland Airport. I always finding the staff courteous and helpful, there's good parking, the rooms are always clean and tidy, and importantly the beds are comfortable. I don't have any complaints."

Very pleased that after check-out at 11am, we were able to leave our bags at reception while we explored downtown Auckland.That filled in time until our evening flight to Houston."

"Overall was a good stay for us! A little bit far to restaurants, since we didn't have a car. However we walked to restaurants and coffee shops all within 20-30 minutes walk. We like to walk so didn't bother us. The buffer was just average quality. "

"We took Yellow Bus from airport to hotel. If we show driver our hotel booking, there will be no charge for transport but will need to buy and book Yellow Bus at $8 per person to get back to airport. Although breakfast starts at 7 am, staff did not mind when we helped ourselves to free breakfast at 6.45 am to catch Yellow Bus shuttle at 7.40 am"
