"My family and I had the most fantastic stay here over New Year's. The apartment is comfortable, and the view of Auckland Harbor is spectacular. I appreciated the modern amenities and excellent communication throughout the booking. It's in a great location in Auckland Viaduct Harbour with many bars and restaurants. "We felt lucky to enter our loft apartment for the first time. Although small, the apartment-loft combination worked well for a couple. Bedrooms were off the main living areas and the loft was a private hideaway. Our hosts had everything needed for the first day in a new apartment until one begins to know the neighborhood: laundry soap to coffee, tea, and a kettle. The management company for the apartment was also prompt in correcting small defects such as a slow draining sink. Again, we...

"The location was very convenient for the Viaduct in Auckland. The communication from the management team was really poor. The instructions for parking need to be made clearer especially directions to the lift access on Level 3. We had to drag suitcases up stairs as we didn't know where the lifts were situated. If you're an overnight stay, you should have more detailed instructions."

"I loved the location, right on the water. I loved being so close to absolutely everything: dining options, gym, shopping. I loved that my vehicle was secure and that there was even a parking option. Comms with the owner was really nice and friendly. I'm originally from Auckland so it was nice to be home. I will definitely book again."

"Had everything for a pleasant stay, A tasteful mix of modern and the past. Close to Queen Street, heart of the business district, yet next door to Albert Park. Plenty of dining options nearby, shopping, and acess to the water front. Great for singles or a couple to spread out in. Loved the shower and the plush towels. Five stars all the way."
