"Great location, walking distance to restaurants, shopping and subway. Unit was very clean and newly updated. iPad had instructions for everything in the unit which I used often. A few suggestions…unit needs a small table between beds and some luggage racks, without these items we had no choice but to put all our belongings on the floor. "It's a beautiful Showa Era Ryokan that's over 70 years old. The only critiques that I would give it is checking in could be smoother because we did not know how to get into the building. We were waiting outside at 3pm and eventually a woman let us in. Also, the tablet for checkout would not turn on and so we had to just leave the room when we were ready to leave. Overall, it was really nice and we would stay there again."
