"Room was very good and comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding. Just disappointed i left a phone charger in the room and it wasnt handed in after the room was clean when i left. Pool and amenities were really good."

"The staff were great, they helped me when I did not realise I could not check in early. They were so helpful about sorting my car parking. The staff at breakfast were very polite. The room was good but I stayed 2 weeks before and the room then was cleaner. The small cafe in the entrance had a lack of choice of food and there is limited area to sit in a comfortable area in the hotel. I would recommend this hotel to everyone for cost, situation , staff and comfort of the rooms. I did not use the sport facilities but when I spoke to the staff they were very helpful and when I am visiting the area again I would use the leisure facilities. Please let the staff know how brilliant they are."

"Ok stay as usual... just that the shower in my room kept running hot and cold -needs to be fixed, and some mould on ceiling in bathroom. Room service was not in service- which was an issue also. Lovely night staff receptionist."

"We stayed in church view, lovely room and en-suite, enough for what we needed for a couple of nights. The fridge was noisy and on the second night we turned it off….made a real difference! Otherwise everything was great."
