Firstly we were very pleased to have been upgraded to a family room, which was an amazing gesture. Thank you. The room was spotless and the bed was very very comfortable we slept like logs. It was lovely to have a bigger room with a sofa and a bath and shower. So nice to be able to use the Sauna in the Spa in the morning before breakfast. Imagine our suprise that the two women who were running the restaurant recognised us from a previous visit. Thank you Shana and Katie you were both helpful and a delight. We will definitely return to the Park Hall Hotel and Spa. It always feels like a family run hotel who go out their way to make your stay feel at home.

The clean and tidy and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast quality could have been improved. The breakfast availability was limited and we had to ask the staff for various items. The food was cold in parts, a microwave to allow quests to warm up their food would have helped.
