The staff were great, they helped me when I did not realise I could not check in early. They were so helpful about sorting my car parking. The staff at breakfast were very polite. The room was good but I stayed 2 weeks before and the room then was cleaner. The small cafe in the entrance had a lack of choice of food and there is limited area to sit in a comfortable area in the hotel. I would recommend this hotel to everyone for cost, situation , staff and comfort of the rooms. I did not use the sport facilities but when I spoke to the staff they were very helpful and when I am visiting the area again I would use the leisure facilities. Please let the staff know how brilliant they are.

Terrible check-in system .. find a member of staff to do it ! Otherwise clean modern hotel with excellent facilities from bar, restaurant, to gym and spa. Comfy clean rooms, no air conditioning though and quite noisy with the windows open. Pleasant enough stay for one night.

Our stay was ok for what we paid. The room was clean but had no air conditioning, which in the heat wave was a bit uncomfortable. A fridge in the room would have been good. Breakfast was decent and they have a Starbucks onsite which was great. The staff were friendly and overall I would say it was value for money.

Self check-in was a bit confusing, but assistance was on.hand to help. Reception was air-conditioned, but the rooms aren't, a clear disadvantage on what was one of the hottest days of the year. A fan was available in the room, to move the warm air about. Breakfast was good, though no cereal to accompany fruit and yoghurt.

Super friendly staff throughout the hotel, especially breakfast service. Free parking at the weekends and £5 to swim and use gym. Clean room with plenty of space and the usual facilities of tea/coffee and iron. No fridge to store baby milk if travelling with babies. Really enjoyed the stay, my only complaint was that the room was adjoining to another family who were extremely loud. Next time I would ask to move so I didn’t experience a sleepless night again.
