"We had a nice stay and the hotel communal areas were lovely. The food was really nice. The pianist playing the keyboard in the bar was brilliant. Our bathroom had not been cleaned when we went in our room, however it was sorted as soon as I mentioned it while we were in the spa. The sink leaked the whole time we were there and therefore water on the floor. The windows were covered in a kind of opaque covering which was clearly old and peeling off. The paintwork was filthy.
