"Lovely hotel, if a touch dated now. Room was spacious, beds were very comfy. Good shower, overall very clean. Very close to Telford Shopping Centre. KFC and Burger King across the road. Good parking, if a little pricey considering where it is. Would stay again!"

"Mostly staff were friendly & obliging but one one occasion when ordering food I should have been warned that my choice wasn't available before we looked at menu. However reception was helpful & our stay comfortable & enjoyable. Would go again. Lovely Dale End Park was pretty, peaceful and an excellent walking area with a separate play are for kids."

"We stayed for one night and were very pleased with our choice. The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Ok, it is a little dated but on the other hand the building is full of history and character. Parking on site at a discounted price very much appreciated considering its town centre location. There is no breakfast or restaurant facility, but who would not want to venture the few yards outside the hotel where you are spoilt for choice for lovely wide ranging places to eat. Look forward to staying here again."
