First time staying at an apartment in Japan. The station is a five minute walk. The apartment is clean and spotless. You have your own bathroom and shower. A washer inside the apartment and you can dry your clothes in the bathroom. You have everything you need there. Owner responds fast. Also a seven eleven around the corner.

Layover stay on my way to a business conference. This was a very convenient place to stay, in a lively (but not touristy) neighborhood. "Check-in" was completely hands-free, with all arrangements made in advance - when arriving on-site, you just use codes received previously via email. Building is a modernist concrete structure; room is "cozy" sized but had everything needed including a nice tub. Decent size for a budget-friendly Tokyo stay, but first time Western visitors may be expecting something bigger. No elevator, so keep that in mind if you have heavy bags and draw the top (5-6th) floor.

快適でした☆

お部屋はとても綺麗で清掃も行き届いており快適に過ごせました。キッチンがあるので鍋やまな板が備え付けであれば良かったなと思いますが、お値段も安く泊まれて良かったです。エレベーターはないので階段です。駅から近く、歩いて2.3分のところにセブンイレブンがあります。

雨の夜のチェックインだったため、狭く濡れた階段に気をつける必要がありましたが、室内は快適でした。新築で清潔感があり、間取りもユニークです。乾燥機が備わっており、雨で濡れた衣類もすぐに乾かせて便利です。掃除も隅々まで行き届いていました。 普段ホテル代が高く悩む私たちにとって、素敵なお部屋を手頃な料金で利用できたことに感謝しています。

とても清潔でした。 洗濯機、浴室乾燥があり助かりましたが、ハンガーを多めに欲しいです。 キャリーを広げるスペースがもう少し広いと助かりました。 タオルを2泊分貸して頂けるとなお良かったです。 冷蔵庫の中に食べ残しの食品が残っていました。 しかし満足度は高かったです。また利用したいと思います！
