The onsen is very nice. A bargain at 500 Yen for each use by hotel guests. Staff easily handled my questions about using the lockers and the wristbands. The onsite Family Mart and large grocery are bonuses as well.

Staff was great. Rooms are rather small. Breakfast Buffet was awful, not offering more variety foods such as pasteries and so forth. One positive thing is that the hotel is right across the street from train station.

Highly Recommend

I travel to Japan 3–4 times a year for both business and personal reasons, and this is one of the best lodgings in Tokyo I have ever stayed at. Not only is the hotel clean and comfortable, but the surrounding area also offers excellent convenience and amenities. 1. Very close to Shinagawa, making access to the Shinkansen easy. 2. Department stores are located nearby at Oimachi Station. 3. A wide variety of good restaurants can be found in the Oimachi area. 4. The hotel is well-maintained and always clean. 5. The price is affordable compared to other hotels of a similar type in Tokyo.

The hotel was conveniently located near the station, making it easy to access. Although the room was small and lacked a bathtub, there was a large public bath available for 500 yen, which made up for it. The room was clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was delicious, served in the café adjacent to the hotel lobby. For 800 yen, it was filling and a great value for the price. There were plenty of automated check-in and check-out machines, so there was no need to wait. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay.

I took the Rinkai Line to Oimachi Station, which is the nearest station to the hotel. I was surprised by how far the walk was from the train platform to the hotel. It was also a bit confusing that the hotel has two separate towers. The check-in area and my room were quite far apart as well. Since check-in is handled by a machine with very limited human interaction, it can be confusing for first-time guests. The hotel should at least have staff available to assist customers during the process.

The location is good, near by the JR station, food shops nearby too, the down sides are : the water pipes were quite nosy and also u have to push the button for the water pressure, it’s quite tiring if u need to wash and press while having shower. But overall was a good experience!
