When I had some bad experiences at other hotels I would always come back to this place! The staff made me feel very welcome and were sympathetic to my struggles in finding a hotel to stay in. The rooms are comfy, clean, had all basic amenities, and the staff can help you with whatever issue you had. An example being talking with my Grab driver when he got lost and getting them to the front of the hotel. If I ever need an hotel when I'm staying in District 2, this place will always be on the top of the list!

The place itself was clean. The water pressure was a bit weak. The place didn't have refrigerator and water pot so it was a bit inconvenient. The staff at the lobby wasn't very kind. The place doesn't have any sound proof. However, the location is very great. It's close to 2 convenient stores and several pubs and restaurants.

My haven in Ho Chi Minh
It was such a relief to get to my room after a horrendous experience in a different hotel. The room, though small, is comfy and cosy, but above all clean and quiet. The window has a not great view - a brick wall, but other than that, I have no complaints. In a nice quiet road but just meters away from bars, restaurants and shops, the location is a bit out of the city, but if, like me, you want somewhere away from too much noise, it is perfect. The receptionist is so lovely and sweet. She is really friendly and has great English. She made my stay here even better.

We had a very pleasant stay with attentive and friendly staff at the COMMON INN. The room was clean and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of food even for vegetarians.

Due to my last minute planing, I wasn't able to get the 5 star hotel I wanted. As result, I've decided to give this hotel a try and I have no regrets! It's absolutely value for money, clean, safe and the service were excellent. Distance to D1 is only about 15 mins by taxi. And there are plenty of restaurants, bars and mall round the hotel all by walking distance. Highly recommend this Inn and I will be back for sure the next round I visit HCMC

Economical and affordable accommodation
The accommodation was due to the location of the work, and to find a place to stay as a temporary accommodation, there were some concerns about the quality of the accommodation. I did not expect to come here, completely out of my expectation of an economical and affordable accommodation space. The nearby function is also very convenient. The only suggestion is that it would be better if the smoking area can be separated from the floor of the non-smoking area.
