Great location. View of the ocean is spectacular. Can eat at cabana and watch the waves, sunset. Ocean pool was unfortunately closed during our stay due to high surf.

I was hoping that the reviews were not true but it is true. There are roaches and ants in the room. I can also see roach sticky pads and ant baits under the couch and on the side of the fridge. Very gross. The rooms are outdated but it was nice that there is AC. The best part was the location. It was very convenient to everything such as shopping and restaurants. But because of convenience, the location is noisy but it was not an issue for me. Parking is very limited onsite but I did not have an issue. There was also street parking if needed.

I think the resort fee is unnecessary. The hotel is not beachfront with one small pool . So the rate advertised is misleading. Parking is 25 plus 25 resort fee is a little much for an average hotel.
