"House was beautiful! The pool area was amazing! We loved sitting outside first thing in the morning to sip coffee and watch the outdoor tv. Plenty of room for our family of four to hang out. The location was great close to so many things and in a nice neighborhood. We would stay here again easily! "

"Overall the stay was acceptable, but there were several issues that future guests should be aware of.The listing includes an icon suggesting there is a hot tub, which was one of the reasons we selected the property. However, there was not a hot tub on the property at all during our stay. It wasn’t a situation where the hot tub was temporarily not functioning — there simply was no hot tub available at the home. That was disappointing and felt misleading when choosing the property.There were also some maintenance concerns. The refrigerator showed rust around the bottom of the ice maker, and the bathroom sink had visible rust as well. These are items that should be addressed to keep the property in better condition for guests.To Vrbo’s credit, after the issue was escalated they did provide a partial refund through their VrboCare program, which I appreciate.The location and the home itself have potential, but the listing details and maintenance should be improved so future guests know exactly what to expect."
