While the property shows its age after more than 30 years, it still retains the grandeur and elegance of a luxury hotel from its golden era. Considering the price, it offers excellent value, with spacious rooms, beautiful grounds, and a sense of history that newer hotels simply cannot replicate."

"Aira Boutique Hanoi Hotel & Spa is WONDERFUL!!! All you can ask for is provided. GREAT air conditioned rooms with the best bedding, delicious and freshly made to order foods for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They also have a variety of relaxing spa treatments and are in the perfect location right near Train Street and other hot spots. And if you want to work out a bit there is a small gym area right off the pool over looking the city. Finally, however not least of course, they provide incredible customer service starting from the moment you walk in ——to sadly when you have to eventually leave. They have it all! Aira Boutique Hanoi Hotel & Spa is truly one of a kind! To anyone reading this— DO NOT MISS OUT on staying at this amazing hotel and/or going to their spa or restaurant!!! Aira Boutique Hanoi Hotel & Spa is the absolute best!!! "Really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is beautiful, the breakfast was fantastic, the staff very friendly, and the room was quiet, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything you might need. Even had a beautiful view. The pool is nice (covered to keep you out of the sun if needed) and the gym is very large and well-equipped. A short walk to the lake and many amenities and restaurants close by. A very short cab ride to the French district. I've stayed in Hanoi many times and much prefer this area to the French district, which as mentioned is an easy quick trip if you want to visit it. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Hanoi. Numerous tour busses come by in the mornings to pick up guests and although I did not do any tours it looks like you can go anywhere right from the hotel front door (Ha Long Bay day trips, etc). Would definitely stay here again."
