"The room and bathroom were clean, like pictured.
The reception staff (Tony and his team) were friendly, very prompt with requests and made everything for me very easy, they even kept my luggage for 2 days after i checked out to go to Sapa.
The location of the hotel is convenient and close to train street, easily walkable to most places or a very cheap grab ride away.
Will book again next time I am in Hanoi. "

"I absolutely loved Bi Ecosuites. The hosts were amazing! The building is located in a very quiet and safe residential neighborhood, not far from all the cafes, shops, barbers, restaurants, massage parlors, monuments, tourist attractions. You name it. The room itself was top notch. Very clean, nicely furnished and equipped with everything you would need for a short or long stay. The big Samsung smart tv was great too. I highly recommend Bi Ecosuites while in Hanoi. "

"Incredible service and experience! Rose and her team went the extra mile to make us feel welcomed and taken care of. This was our first time in Hanoi, and will stay at the Hotel du Lac Signature again. The breakfast had an amazing selection and great views of the city. If you have time, book the onsen experience! "This place was quiet at night, which, for Vietnam, is a big deal. It was close enough to the old quarter to be walkable, but far enough that you aren’t woken up by honking taxis or other street noise in the middle of the night (though it starts promptly at 7AM!) "Great hotel. Would absolutely stay again. Friendly staff, clean facility, on a quiet street.
I booked two rooms, and both are very similar. Spacious, bright and clean.
Manager Max was great help.
I was also able to book Ha Long Bay trip directly at the hotel, so they were very helpful.
Because it's on a smaller street, you will need to wheel your luggage to the hotel, not very far.
Finally.... as of Jan 2026, Google Map has not updated the street view for Eli Rina, so you won't see it...
