The hotel staff always greet you and remember your name. Which adds a very personal touch. No matter how long you are staying at the hotel they will treat you like a VIP. "Great location in the old quarter"

"What a lovely hotel. Excellent rooms, well positioned in the Old Quarter, near lots of great restaurants and walking is very safe. The lake is a short distance away. The superb staff is always welcoming, friendly and happy! This was the perfect base camp for our almost 2 week exploration of northern Vietnam. The staff reached out to us and coordinated our arrival, helped with airport transfers too! Every side trip we did the hotel kept our large bags safe, welcomed us with drinks and fresh towels. The travel staff helped us plan and get to various sites in Hanoi. We used grab - it was perfect! Oh the breakfast! Best we have had anywhere hands down! The roof top bar is a must and has a great happy hour! While we didn’t use the spa, others said it was great as well. I strongly recommend this lovely hotel for any of your travel in Hanoi! Thank you for a great experience! Thank you Chloe and Victor and all the staff! It was our total pleasure to meet all of you!!!"

The hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable, and extremely well maintained, but what truly made the experience special was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making our stay as great as possible. The hotel restaurant was excellent, and the breakfast each morning was phenomenal with plenty of delicious options. It became something we looked forward to every day. A special thank you to Tracy from the concierge service, who was unbelievably helpful. She completely handled booking our day trip for us from start to finish. All we had to do was pay, and everything else was organized perfectly. It made exploring Hanoi so easy and stress-free, and it was such a valuable service offered by the hotel. The location is also fantastic. You can walk to so many attractions, it’s very close to the lake, and there are countless places nearby to eat, grab coffee, or pick up snacks.
