They decorated the room and were able to get our laundry done with extremely little notice/out of working hours for our cruise on Ha Long Bay! Extremely grateful for the hotel staff. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Champton Hanoi Hotel — the location in the heart of the Old Quarter was perfect for walking to Hoan Kiem Lake, Train Street and local food spots, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and made check-in and check-out smooth. The rooftop pool and bar with city views was a great bonus after a day of exploring.
