My place is located in the MOST worth-living area in Hanoi, right next to Truc Bach Lake; just FEW STEPS to MUST-VISITED tourism attractions and surrounded by so many shops, restaurants, coffee, convenient stores, local market and bars etc...
It's a big beautiful house which is fully furnished-ideal for even long-term stay. The TOTAL AREA is up to 200m2 with 3 MASTER bedrooms (each bedroom has a private bathroom), perfect paradise to relax after an exhausting day exploring the beautiful city.

Facilities
• 3 MASTER BEDROOMS is spacious and full equipped with is a queen sized bed with western mattress, topper, closet, table, chairs, fan, 18000 Daikin Air conditioner, Iron hairdryers. Each bedroom has an enclosed bathroom and convenient amenities bring you the most comfortable sleep.
• BATHROOM: all bathrooms contain essentials such as hand soap, shower, shampoo and toilet papers. Hot water is always ready.
• KITCHEN: well equipped with microwave, oven, kettle, fridge, electric induction hob, rice cooker, big dining table and all utensils are provided (even a WATER FILTER which is really practical). All the stuffs are ready for guests who like cooking at home.
• Living room: Super comfy lounge sofa with TV, coffee table, cable TV...,
• TERRACE is spacious and has the view over Truc Bach lake
• THE LAUNDRY AREA with two modern washing machine

Easy Access to any place: The location is within walking distance of Old Quarter and the lakeside area, but not necessarily in the thick of the touristic action then the house offers a well quiet night sleep.
