With the buzz of Hanoi at the door step the hotel was a great sanctuary in the middle of all the hustle and bustle. Great pool, rooftop bar with food to match along with a wonderful buffet breakfast to start the day. The staff were extremely professional, knowledgeable and caring and were a great help in planning additional activities etc . We used the hotel as a base for our 2 week visit to Vietnam and returned 3 times after visiting other regional locations. A great place to stay, we'd go back again and would happily recommend to family & friends.

Great stay at May De Ville Crown Hotel. The property is lovely, with comfortable rooms and good amenities. The staff were warm and welcoming, making the experience even better. The location is perfect, right next to Beer Street and surrounded by fantastic food and drink options. Would definitely stay again.

I had a lovely stay at May de Ville. It’s so centrally located and you can request whether you want a room more away from the noise of beer street or not. Staff are exceptional and the service is top tier. Breakfast is a great selection and beds are super comfortable.
