I am so accustomed to higher bed headboards at hotels that my husband and I hit our heads. We used most of the amenities offered (hot tub, games room, campfire pit in the middle of the woods) but we didn't get a chance to try the kayaks provided - next time! The host Asif was very responsive and regularly checked in with us to make sure everything was good. If I'm in the Haliburton area again, I will be checking again to see if this place is available."
