"Property needs some updating. The room was dirty and the floors had not been washed or vacuumed in quite a while. Although, the bed was clean and comfortable, the wood burning fireplace is always enjoyable. The pool/water spa was ok. Most of the jets did not work but the water was nice anyway. This property has definitely gone down hill over the last few years. A bit disappointed. Not sure we will be back. "

"Very easy check in after I booked earlier the same day due to getting stuck in a snow storm going east. The room was clean and had some renovations which made the room a bit more updated. Great that parking is available right outside the building. The balcony is a plus. "

"We are an older pair with a small dog. We have been using VRBO for years. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The host communicated well. We visited in March. The climb to the cottage was very icy and difficult that weekend. There was some sand at the cottage but we needed a lot more. The cottage is in a beautiful location. Things we have not encountered with previous VRBO properties: the freezer was full with the hosts food. It would have been nice to have some access to that for our own needs. The host was kind enough to let us in earlier than the 5pm access time remotely. Check out is 1000am. Most places ask for an 11am departure. We have friends in the area and overall had a nice time. The beds were comfortable. The view of the lake was amazing. Due to accessibility issues we probably won’t return. We knew there were several stairs down to the lake, but a picture of the stairs up to the property would have helped. "

"A group of 7 adults stayed in early March. Great open concept kitchen, dining, living room set up for hanging out. Bedrooms all upstairs. 2 nice bathrooms, both with showers. Very well stocked kitchen. Very clean. Would definitely stay again! Zara was a great host and very responsive."
