"The check-in was super uncomplicated and Maria provided a very thorough explanation of the property. She was contactable by phone at all times. The location of the property is great, the property itself is a great old house with plenty of space and some nice extras (i.e. Tennis court and Hot Tub, both in good condition). "Sam is a great host and was so welcoming upon our arrival, making sure that we could settle in properly and know all about the amenities on offer. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Treetops is quirky, clean, well equipped and set in a peaceful location, with lovely views across the neighbouring fields and valley, which can be enjoyed from both the lounge and balcony. The private hot tub just adds to the relaxation on offer to guests, and the bed is so comfortable for a good night's sleep....

"We were really lucky as the hotel wasnt very busy during our visit, so we were upgraded to a suite bedroom, which was really big and had wonderful views of the sea front and pier. It was so peaceful in our room. We paid extra for breakfast and we're so glad we did. There was a huge amount of choice and everything was lovely and hot and tasted amazing. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and helpful. We paid £6 to park in the carpark behind the hotel and it was great - we could park from 3pm the day we arrived until 3pm the following day (even though checkout of the room was 10am). Everything was great."
